1. How have you been able to meet your goals during the recession?
I wanted to increase the marketing of my agency in 2009. TWG Capital provided the funds to increase my marketing budget. I was able to improve my cash flow for staffing and continue success through these rough economic times.

2. What roadblocks did you encounter when looking for capital?
Most lenders shy away from small business owners in need of capital. It wasn’t until I heard about TWG Capital that I realized I was able to use my TPP to get money. The fact TWG Capital was willing to help a small business owner get the capital to grow was well worth the time. Big thanks to my Account Manager, Dan Williams. His support provided me the capital that I needed to keep my doors open to all my clients.

3. As an Allstate agent, what are your biggest concerns right now?
The growth of my agency and staffing are always the biggest concerns.

4. How have you been able to overcome these obstacles?
By supporting the marketing and advertising of my agency. Many agencies are cutting back on marketing and advertising right now. With the help of TWG Capital, I am able to gain a competitive advantage by getting the word out about my agency while others are cutting back.

5. Would you recommend TWG Capital to other Allstate agents? If yes, why?
Yes, most companies are not willing to help a small agency owner because they don't understand the value of a commission stream like TWG Capital does.

"To me, the most important talent in selling business solutions is the ability to understand the purchasing process from your client's perspective. Ask questions to determine their objections, fears or skepticism of doing business with you. And as my mother always said, "Honesty is the best policy." John Stainbrook Roman Cortez
