Improving Your Online "Searchability"

Frustrated with how competitive Google has become for insurance agents? For an insurance agent website to be truly successful, it not only needs a professional, functional design, it must also be found on search engines. Getting ranked on the first page of Google, Yahoo, or Bing for a keyword search is now a top priority for any insurance agent.

Internet searches are becoming increasingly more localized and specific to geographic locations. Geo-targeting and local search is on the rise as people become more sophisticated search engine users. Thus, local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) should be considered as part of an insurance agency’s online marketing strategy.

According to comScore, 54% of Americans have substituted the Internet and local search for phone books. Ninety percent of online commercial searches result in a local offline purchase and 61% of all local searches results in a sales transaction. Do I have your attention yet?

"Last week a man asked me, “If I insure my house today for $300,000 and it burns down tonight, what will I get?”

I said, “About 10 years.”

Natasha Cleaver
Account Coordinator

How Natasha is helping agents?

Natasha has been successfully helping insurance agents for years at TWG Capital. Because of her patience and excellent customer service, Natasha is our newest Account Coordinator, assisting agents in gathering documents needed to apply for a loan or to sell a portion of their commission stream to access capital.

Agents have told us they need help downloading the right files and getting information to us in the midst of their demanding schedules. So we created the Account Coordinator position in 2009 to be “Your Personal Document Completion Advisor” to reduce your burden and take tasks off your hands.

She’s here to help you in anyway so that you can get the capital you need quickly and efficiently.
